Are you applying to Utrecht University? Here's a few things not to send to us as a part of your application: your favorite sweater, your sports trophies, your original diploma, and grade transcript. These items are to be cherished and taken good care of. Instead of your original diploma and transcript, please send us certified copies. Here's how: take the original documents to the institution that issued them, like your school or university, and ask them to make photocopies. Then, they should stamp the photocopies with the official stamp containing the name of the institution. Additionally, the documents must be signed. By doing this, the school declares that these copies contain the same information as the originals. You now have certified copies. Please send these to us. It is important to note that a photocopy of a certified copy is not a certified copy anymore. We look forward to receiving certified copies of your documents with your application.
