Hi, my name is Hugo and I'm a customer support agent here at Brother. In this session, we're going to take a look at how to scan multiple pages using the feeder on your machine and save them as one PDF document. So let's get started. First, we will need to insert the document you want to scan into your machine's feeder. To scan the entire document as a PDF, we'll use the Control Center software that was installed with your all-in-one on the computer. Click on "Start" and go to "Programs" or "All Programs." Look for the Brother folder and click on it. In here, you'll need to open the folder that has your machine's model on it. In there, you're looking for Control Center. Now, depending on your machine's model, you might have a different version of Control Center. It could be Control Center 2, 3, or 4. So, let's open whichever Control Center you have. In there, you should get a window that looks like this. If you're using Control Center 4, when you first start it, it will prompt you to choose between home mode and advanced mode. If that's the case, choose advanced and click OK. In the Control Center window, you'll want to make sure you're in the scan tab at the top left. And today, we'll be using the file option. So, to make changes to the way the scan is being done, you'll want to right-click on the file button and click "Control Center Configuration." If you're using Control Center 4, this will be called "Button Settings." So, let's click on it. In here, I'll need to change the file type to PDF.
