The purpose of this tutorial is to show you how to take a PDF form and make it typable. Currently, the form cannot be clicked on or filled in, so we need to use a tool to convert it. To begin, scroll back up to the top and open your preferred search engine, such as Chrome. Type in "PDF escape" and press Enter. Click on the link to open the software. Once you're in the tool, select "Edit your PDF file" and click on "Upload PDF." Choose the PDF file you want to upload, which may be saved on your desktop. Now, you'll notice that the checkes and the entire area cannot be typed in or filled in automatically. To fix this, look to the left and click on "Form Field." A window will appear asking what type of field you want to create. Select "Check" from the dropdown menu and then click on the check. To resize the check, click and drag. If you want to remove the checkmark, click on it once. Continue this process for all the checkes in the form. If you want to add an area for text input, click on that specific area. If you see a warning symbol, press the delete button to remove it. Then, click on "Form Field" again, but this time select "Text." Resize the text input field as desired. Repeat this for all the areas where you want to add text fields. After you've finished adding fields, you can save and download the modified PDF. Click on "Save," choose a location on your desktop, and give it a name, such as "New Application." Now, open the document and you'll see that the fields you created can be filled in.
